I've got a boatload of flannel in a bunch of coordinating fabrics, and I still have to measure it all. It's all based on the children's book. Making a quilt to give with the book would be a perfect use of this fabric!
This is hard to find vintage fabric featuring Kitty Cucumber on quilting cotton. The bundle includes:
1 24" panel with 8 squares with a pink floral background
1 24" panel with 8 squares with a blue floral background
1/2 yard blue floral
1/2 yard pink floral
1/2 yard kitties on pink background (plus 1 fat quarter kitties on blue, not pictured)
1/2 yard crosshatch pattern, one each in blue and pink
1/2 yard vine print, one each in pink, blue, and yellow
1/2 yard stripes in blue, green, yellow, and pink
Plus a few assorted coordinating florals not pictured.
Someone could make a wonderful quilt out of this!
This fabric collection is so sweet! THere is a yard of flannel fabric with little lambs and bunnies, a yard of floral with a blue sky background, and 1/2 yard each of the coordinating floral on a pink, white, yellow, and blue background. Four yards total.
I have two three-yard bundles of Robert Kaufman Guatemalan Rainbow Fabric for sale on Etsy. I had the fabric for the longest time. I was keeping it to make quilts for my niece and nephew who were adopted from Guatemala, but I made my niece a baby blanket already out of Guatemalan fabric and I made my nephew a Thomas the Train blanket, which he loved. So honestly, I don't think I will ever use this fabric. It's a pity, though, because it's really nice and it isn't available anywhere on the internet that I could find, which makes it pretty rare. Hope the right person finds it!
